Default True Homemade Artisian Pizza!

Had some left over dough that I froze and pulled out to make three pizza's. As usual I lined the oven with clay tiles and created my own semi-brick style oven. The dough and sauce are homemade always!

The young man in the pics is my son Dominic. He has been interested, of late, caring on the tradition, my grandfather started, of Borgogna's Pizza.

Nice looking pizza. The toppings aren't gobbed on and they are cut into the perfect sized pieces.

Ditto that.............I need help with the dough!
Also, do the bricks help your oven get hotter? my oven only goes to 550, and to get that bubbly crust I'm thinking it has to be hotter????
Thanks
Tommy

If you can trick your oven into thinking it is locked you can put it in the clean cycle and get it super hot. You would have to have tiles above and below the pizza or it would burn way to fast though.
