Default First Ribs on the New UDS

Well brethren, after a lot of thread reading here I did some baby backs on the new UDS last weekend.
I used a brown sugar based rub then the Trigg method 2-2-1 at 225.
The 2 in the top of the pic were basted with Sweet Baby Rays and the bottom one was not basted at all.
They came out pretty dang good I think.
The family loved 'em and they want me to smoke 'em again next weekend.
The UDS ROCKS ...

Woohoo! Good lookin' ribs! I'd hit that, hard. I built a UDS for a co-worker, and his wife is so hooked on ribs, he hasn't been able to try anything else! Have fun!

How do your ribs survive 2hrs in the foil? Any more than 40min and they're too mushy on my drum. Just my opinion.

Capt Dave,
I don't know, I guess because they floated between 200 and 225?
They certainly were'nt mushy, they pulled away easily from the bone right at the bite and left nice bite marks. the meat didn't just fall off the bone.

How should the texture be?
